Excellent ambiance, though you tend to get disturbed at times due to close proximity to the railway line. The rates charged by the travel desk is very high. They quote what comes to their mind.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location in beautiful gardens was perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is situated in a quite neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The front garden of the palace was a stunning sight to behold. The service provided here was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a variety of facilities and services, including room service, car hire, and laundry. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the massage services. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality.
We recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

The property is quite charming with a mix of heritage and modern wings. the beautiful lawns are a highlight, providing a peaceful sanctuary. the breakfast selection varies and is enjoyable. Conveniently located close to key attractions and with helpful staff, it makes for an optimal stay.
There were issues with the room, such as a hole in the curtain, and the taps suddenly running dry.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the area's attractions and sampling the local cuisine. the spacious serviced apartments are a good option for low-budget travellers seeking a unique and traditional experience. the breakfast served on the large lawn is a nice touch, and the indoor pool provides an added relaxation factor.
The hotel lacks the level of luxury and maintenance expected for a palace property, which can result in an uncomfortable stay for some.

The property is very charming and has a nice blend of heritage and modernity, with beautiful lawns and open spaces to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and key spots within the city. the catering and decorations for events are impressive and add to the overall experience.
The management seems to have some day-to-day issues that affect the quality of the stay. Some of the rooms are in need of maintenance, with issues like damaged curtains, dry taps, and inconsistent electricity flow.
